Service Description
GoAirport.sg provides airport transfers, hotel transfers, corporate transport, and Singapore city tours. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
Booking & Payments
Bookings are made via WhatsApp or phone call.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Singapore Bank Transfer, PayNow, PayLah.
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time: Refund available.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time: No refund.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, credit card, PayPal, and/or third-party processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
Vehicle Capacity & Passenger Conduct
Only the booked/declared number of passengers may ride.
Passengers must follow the driver’s safety instructions at all times.
No smoking and no illegal activities are allowed in the vehicle.
Seat Belt Requirement (Singapore Law)
All passengers must wear seat belts at all times where seat belts are provided. Any fines or penalties for non-compliance are the passenger’s responsibility.
Liability
GoAirport.sg is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather, accidents, airport/flight changes, government actions, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Privacy
Personal data is collected only to provide the requested services (e.g., scheduling, contact, pickup details) and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
